The online training aspect of the 2017 YouWiN! Connect programme has begun on the 5th of December, 2017. If you made it to the 2nd stage (online training) of the YouWiN! Connect 2017 programme, then note that the training has started. Participants have been receiving their login details to the learning portal since the 3rd of December, and many have gone far in their courses. Yet others are yet to start because they have encountered a number of challenges. These challenges and others are what I will be addressing in this post. Basically, whether you receive your login details on the 3rd of December or much later, everyone has 30 days to complete the online training. How the online course is structured  The online training is the basic requirement for progressing to the next stage of the competition. Popular social media platform, Facebook, has disclosed that over 22 million Nigerians now use its space every month, with 87 percent of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) utilizing it for digital skills and more. This was disclosed recently by the public policy director, Facebook Africa, Ebele Okobi, during the launch of its Nigerian initiative to reinforce its commitment and investment in the country, and across the continent. According to her, Facebook’s mission was to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
